Is there any webcam software that can display the local webcam feed in a postage stamp sized window?

I use my webcam to watch the store front from the inside office. I dont feel the need to to have the regular webcam viewer window open, since it takes up a lot of screen space. I was looking for a software that would show the feed in a small window on the screen.
