Sunday, October 26th, 2008I am not sure how heavy my envelope is (it has a letter, and 6 dollar bills, for a magazine subscription), and I don’t know how many stamps to put on it. So just to be safe, I will put two. If the envelope only needed one does it matter that I added an unneeded second one?
