How do I send a letter overseas from Australia to UAE?

I need to send a letter from Victoria, Australia to UAE. So far I have the letter in an envelope (with address of course) and a $1.95 international postage stamp. Is there anything else i need to do before i put it in the post box?

If I have two 42 cent stamps and need to pay 94 cents, can I use them and buy extra postage at the P.O?

I don’t need a whole batch of extra postage stamps, and I don’t want to use 1.26 in postage to send a .94 cent letter. Can I put the stamps I have on, and buy the extra postage while at the post office?

Will the forever stamp be offered at different values as postage increases?

Is there only one forever stamp that has the liberty bell on it or are all 41 cent stamps forever stamps.Why do the tan stamps with american flags on them have no value written on them? Help me, this stuff is so confusing!

If using a postage machine, will they be able to track the address I used the machine from?

I was at my office doing my Christmas cards and I used the postage machine there. (.39 cents). I was wondering, if for any reason something got returned would they return it to my return address or track the stamp (from the postage machine) and return it to there?

Stamp doesnt show postage amount?

I want to send a ps2 game (about same size weight as a dvd for those who dont know) in a padded envelope, and the stamps I have dont have a postage amount on them! they just say first class and have a pic of the statue of liberty. How many should I put on the package? Is 5 enought? I assume they are like 30 something cents.

The print out labels are too expensive…

Is there any way I could use stamps instead?

If so.. how many do you think I’d have to use in order to send a box with … say.. 10lbs max?
